Tried two civil jury trials and over 40 criminal jury trials.  I have tried numerous bench trials in civil and criminal cases.  I have written dozens of appellate briefs and appeared before the appellate court in Houston.  I am licensed to practice in state and federal courts.

Testified to several Legislative and Judicial Committee's on a wide range of topics, including laws relating to Driving While Intoxicated.  Speaker and Presenter of legal topics to university classes and the law enforcement agencies.
